  • A trial is not mandatory, however keep in mind that RLA allows the use of your trial for your Engagement pictures. Also, the benefits of trial are to build trust and relationship between your artist and yourself. This goes a long way come wedding time.

  • An approximate time is always better determined after a trial and consultation with your designated artist has taken place. Many different moving parts factor in the length of time a full bridal session takes. Length and thickness of hair, are extensions involved, type of face makeup glam, utilizing the method of The Lotus Glam, type of draping style, material of dupatta, hair jewelry, etc. Keep in mind that the RLA team will always create a timeline for you. An approximation is anywhere between 3-5 hours for the bride. 1.5 - 2 hours for nonbridal clients.

  • If there is time and availability to take on additional clients, the booking manager for your booking will notify you if they are able to take on additional clients. Pricing would be from our ON LOCATION vs. the special pricing the booking party may have received.

  • The quick answer is NOTHING, because we GOT YOU! But, if you want to keep a mini emergency kit: oil blotting sheets, lipstick, blush and powder.

  • A signed agreement along with a paid deposit is required to confirm booking, date, and your artist(s).

  • RLA provides one on one makeup classes, virtual courses, girls night party makeup class, and the widely popular, 'Get Lotused - Makeup & Mimosas,' in person group classes.

  • Vidya, being master certified in full face airbrush makeup (yes this means - eyeshadow, liner, eyebrows, contour and more) has come up with her own system of using the benefits of airbrush makeup and traditional makeup. Takes a little longer to curate the but the results are priceless. Don't forget to ask if this is the method you'd like to use for your big day!
